You cannot imagine how excited we are to be starting our pastured pork enterprise. We are just starting the herd and will bring four superb Berkshire pigs to market in January and February.
Availability is limited! Our next batch will come to market this next Summer, 2025.
Our pigs are raised on pasture with a non-GMO feed (Resaca Sun). We will add them to our pasture rotations with our chickens and cattle in order to further improve the natural life of our pasture soils.
