Our neighbor here in Okeechobee, Charles Syfrett of Trinity Ranch Custom Beef, raises some of the finest Brangus and Brangus/Waygu Cross beef in the entire State of Florida.
This beef is always on pasture - never in a feedlot! It is grass-fed and grain finished. The most important thing is that it is antibiotic, hormone and steroid free. Just like our chicken.
You simply cannot compare this to what is found in grocery stores. This is superb Florida beef. Local. Know your farmer, know you food.
